Collect form responses into Notion with a chatbot

Turn a boring form into a friendly chatbot conversation and have every response land in a Notion database automatically — no code required.

Why a chatbot instead of a form?

Long forms feel like homework, and completion rates suffer for it. A chatbot asks one question at a time in plain, conversational language, so people are far more likely to finish. With QiLinChat you get that experience without writing any code — and every answer flows straight into a Notion database you already use.

1. Build your conversation

In the QiLinChat dashboard, create a new chatbot and add a step for each thing you want to ask — name, email, a rating, an open comment. Reorder steps by dragging them, and preview the flow live as you go.

2. Connect Notion

Open the Integrations tab, connect your Notion workspace, and pick the database that should receive responses. QiLinChat maps each chatbot step to a Notion property, so a "Rating" question lands in your Rating column automatically.

3. Share and watch it fill up

Copy your share link or drop the embed snippet on your site. Every completed conversation creates a new row in Notion in real time, and you can add a Slack, email, or Discord notification so your team hears about each response the moment it arrives.
